Who We Are
Beatrice Fullal Foundation was formed as a legacy project by Ellein Nasieku in honor of her now retired grandmother Beatrice Fullal who was an educator and a peace ambassador in the northern ASAL counties in Kenya.
We come from marginalized indigenous community known as Samburu. Our community is located in the northern part of Kenya and we are nomads. Other than our rich cultural heritage,
the Samburu people like many nomadic communities in Kenya have some harmful practices like FGM and early childhood marriages.

Community Dialogues/Mentorship
Community Dialogues/Mentorship
Community Dialogues to improve human rights knowledge and activism. The aim of these dialogues is to create change agents and champions within the community setup. Studies have shown that for community solutions to have longevity, impact, and sustainability, they must come from the consumers/users and in our case, these are the community people. For our solutions to work in these specific communities, we must get the community leadership by in and these dialogues foster growth and rapport between us.
